  • YouTube: Monitoring uses public video and comment data; customers must ensure lawful use and compliance with YouTube API and platform terms.
  • RSS / News: Monitoring covers publicly available publisher feeds and links; customers must respect publisher rights and applicable local regulations.
  • Instagram: Customers may connect only business assets they own or are authorized to administer, with all required internal and client approvals in place.
  • Facebook: Customers may connect only pages they own or are authorized to manage, and are responsible for maintaining valid permissions and approvals.
  • LinkedIn: Customers may connect only company pages they are authorized to administer and must ensure corporate consent for monitoring and analysis.
  • Website URL: Customers must monitor only domains they own or are explicitly authorized to track, including any third-party content rights obligations.
  • TikTok: Customers may connect only accounts they own or are explicitly authorized to manage, with valid OAuth authorization and business approvals.
  • Google Reviews: Customers may connect only Google Business Profile assets they own or are authorized to manage under explicit OAuth consent.
  • Google Play Store: Customers must provide only authorized app package identifiers and valid service credentials, and must comply with Google Play and local data-protection rules.
  • Apple App Store: Customers must provide only authorized app identifiers and use monitoring outputs in compliance with Apple policies and applicable legal obligations.
